Wolverhampton Homes Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join as a Control Room Operator.

Salary: £32,475 - £34,995 (+ 10% Shift Allowance)

Hours: 37 hours per week on a rotational basis: Monday through to Sunday, with a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays – shift pattern 5:30am–2pm, 1:30pm–10pm, 9:30pm–6am

Location: Office based – Stowlawn, Wolverhampton.

Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be competent in the use of the various platforms within the Control Room to include, but not restricted to, CCTV, Door Entry, Telecare, Out of Hours calls.
  • Play a key role in supporting teams to ensure customers live in a clean, safe, and secure environment.
  • Escalate incidents across the city to internal teams and emergency services and support them with statements and evidence.
  • Provide an efficient and professional response to inbound calls coming through on the city-wide Out of Hours system and from customers using their Telecare personal alarm system.
