Due to internal promotion of key members of our Leadership Team, the opportunity has been created for us to recruit a new Assistant Head Teacher to our Junior School. Christ Church Federation is seeking an inspirational school leader to build on our successes and take a key role in the leadership of our thriving Junior School which has a strong Christian ethos.
Governors are looking for someone who can:
- Support the Executive Head Teacher and Head of School in developing and pursuing a clear vision for the future, inspiring confidence and optimism.
- Champion the Federationβs vision and Christian ethos, embedding values of respect, love, kindness, honesty, perseverance, and friendship.
- Deliver high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring excellent outcomes for all pupils, including SEND and disadvantaged groups.
- Lead the core curriculum area of Mathematics.
- Drive school improvement, using data and evidence-based strategies to raise attainment and progress.
- Model integrity and professionalism, acting as a role model for staff and pupils.
- Ensure safeguarding and inclusion, creating a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
- Work collaboratively with our Infant School and Nursery to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
