Maidensbridge Primary School, situated on Beachcroft Road, Wall Heath, is a one‐form entry primary with an age range of 4 to 11 years, including a pre‐school. The school is committed to creating a happy and caring environment with a wide range of balanced learning opportunities.

We are looking for an observant, enthusiastic, and positive Site Manager with a "can do" attitude to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:
  • Experienced in site management of a school or other site.
  • Able to supervise and manage a team.
  • Ideally holding a recognised qualification in electrics, plumbing, or carpentry.
  • Effective communicator with young people and serves as a positive role model.
  • Confident in enforcing school expectations while building positive relationships with adults and children.

Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year. You will be appointed on a permanent contract. Working hours: 6.00 am – 10.15 am and 3.15 pm – 6.00 pm.

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities of the fabric and grounds of the school site.

The role requires a right to work in the UK, medical clearance, and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must be able to provide documentation to prove their right to work in the UK.
