Hales Valley Trust is seeking an outstanding Lead Practitioner Teacher to join our Woodside team. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, staff support and pastoral care, and working strategically to deliver high-quality learning for our primary pupils.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom teaching that meets the curriculum and promotes high attainment.
- Lead curriculum planning, development and assessment across the provision.
- Support and develop staff through coaching, observation and professional development.
- Provide pastoral care and support for pupils.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to improve outcomes for all children.
- Participate in extra‐curricular activities and school events.
