SIPS Education Limited is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education. This role will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients. The position involves supporting managers and schools with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and TUPE related matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to internal and external clients.
- Support managers and schools with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and TUPE related matters.
- Ensure customers receive excellent HR support as part of a team.
- Develop new service lines as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working with schools is a distinct advantage.
- Strong background in HR.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to support the development of new service lines.
- Desire to work as part of an enthusiastic and busy department.
- Ability to travel around the Midlands area.
- Fluent spoken English (essential).
Employment Details
- Part time: 30 hours per week.
- 52 weeks a year.
- Hybrid working available.
