Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council invites applications for the role of Best Start Family Hub Practitioner as part of the new Best Start Family Hub Programme. The role is expected to develop over the life of the programme, drawing on the applicant's existing knowledge, skills and experience to shape the universal offer and integration of services to help all children get the best start in life.
Responsibilities
- Work actively with integrated partners and local communities to achieve best outcomes for children and families.
- Deliver activities and interventions across the Best Start Family Hub Network.
- Build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partner organisations.
- Provide direct support through the family support offer to children, young people and families.
- Collaborate with the Family Support Worker component of the role as discussed during the interview.
Workplace Attendance
Working in the office 3+ days a week or onsite full time (pro‐rated) or onsite full time.
