The role
It is an exciting time to join the team as we prepare to implement our new waste collection contract and implement nationally required enhancements to the services we provide our residents.
Working as part of a small, dedicated waste management team, this role will be supporting the delivery of waste management services for over 45,000 households.
This role will focus on ensuring our waste services are performing to the required standards by undertaking appropriate monitoring and reporting activities, working closely with our contracted service providers.
Our customer’s experience is a priority for us, and this role plays an important role in the delivery of communication and engagement activities promoting our service, as well as helping customers with enquiries regarding the service.
The person
A knowledgeable waste professional who can support the management of our waste collection and reprocessing services. Strong data management and numerical skills, able to monitor, analyse and present information with accuracy. A flair for working collaboratively with stakeholders to find solutions to complex problems. A passion for providing a high standard of service for customers
