The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. The role involves working with families, young people and colleagues across Warwickshire through restorative practice approaches, feeding into the local authority’s current processes and practice to ensure that collaborative working is central to achieving positive outcomes and destinations for our young people with SEND.
We are looking to appoint two SEND Resolution Officers, one permanent and one fixed‑term (one year), to join our dedicated team covering Area Leads, EHC Plan Coordinators, Assistant Plan Coordinators, Business Support Officers, Brokerage and SENDAR Delivery Lead.
