About The Role
We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our early years provision. This role will shape the learning environment, support staff, maintain high standards of care and education, lead a small team and work closely with school leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate staff
- Oversee curriculum planning in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure safeguarding excellence and compliance with statutory requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community
- Manage administrative duties including staffing, attendance, funding, invoicing paperwork, equipment orders, and record‑keeping
About You
- Dynamic and confident leader able to inspire a team
- Experienced in early years leadership, ideally within a nursery or school setting
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5+ desirable)
- Knowledgeable about the EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice in early childhood education
- Passionate about creating a joyful, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children
