Warwickshire County Council is seeking passionate sessional workers to support care‑experienced young people aged 16–25 in the Leaving Care service.

You will manage a caseload, respond to needs and help young people become ready for independence in a flexible, on‑demand arrangement.

The role requires pre‑engagement checks (DBS) and clear spoken English.
