Programme Manager – Connect to Work (Individual Placement and Support – IPS)
The Programme Manager will lead the delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire, overseeing performance, managing partnerships with employment and skills providers, ensuring funding compliance and performance targets are met, and supporting the strategic development of employment support across the county.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee programme performance and deliver impact to residents moving toward sustainable employment.
- Manage partnerships with employment and skills providers, funders, and delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with external funding and performance‑management requirements.
- Provide leadership in a matrix‑managed environment.
- Support strategic development and policy implementation for employment services in Warwickshire.
