Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is seeking a Duty Coordinator to support us in offering high quality customer service within the Duty Team of the Community Health Discharge Team.

Social Care and Support – Warwickshire County Council works within communities to build strong relationships and connections. We focus on prevention and maximise positive outcomes by using strength‑based, community‑led support approaches. Our work contributes to the wider County Council aim – to make Warwickshire the best it can be for everyone.

In Warwickshire, our work is centred on helping adults achieve their desired outcomes by maximising strengths and improving or maintaining wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is committed, enthusiastic and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire and who can:

  • support the duty team to provide high quality customer service within the Community Health Discharge Team
  • contribute to ensuring effective, person‑centred practices that start with strengths
  • work collaboratively with partners to enable positive outcomes for adults
