Annual salary £18,413.21 - £19,625.97 per annum
Contract: temporary until March 2027, may be extended subject to budget review
Responsibilities- Support pupils from all backgrounds in a caring and flexible manner
- Work 1:1 with SEN pupils as part of their Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP)
- Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate classroom participation and learning
- Provide a positive role model, maintain patience, calm and flexibility in work
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of pupils; completed online checks prior to interview
- Relevant experience or training in supporting SEN or pupils with special educational needs preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Induction programme and support for all new staff
- Commitment to continued professional development
