We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified Teacher of Science at St Francis of Assisi Catholic College.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Science to students within the school as part of a knowledge-rich department.
  • Contribute to the development and effectiveness of the Science department through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of manners, behaviour and relationships in line with school expectations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in the school’s induction and CPD programme.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Qualified teacher of Science with appropriate qualifications.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people.
  • Ability to meet pre-employment checks including health check, enhanced DBS and satisfactory references.
