Walsall Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Children in our Care Service. Following an "Outstanding" rating from OFSTED, we are committed to putting children and young people at the heart of our work and building on our success.
About the role
You will be supported in developing your social work practice by senior practitioners and specialist social workers. In this role you will:
- Identify your specialisms and areas of interest and access training to develop expertise.
- Progress into roles such as Senior Practitioner, Consultant Social Worker or Lead Child Protection Practitioner.
