The Trust and local governing board at Brownhills West are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader to continue the pursuit of excellence that has been forged by the current headteacher and leadership team. You will be expected and required to lead and live the Trust and Brownhills West’s core values on a daily basis, supporting a living not a laminated culture.

  • Ensures they have a coherent understanding of relevant and current educational policy and practice.
  • Displays the expertise to maintain a highly effective culture of safeguarding across the school.
