The Mercian Trust is seeking a Family Engagement Partner at The Ladder School in Walsall to strengthen links between home and school and to support safeguarding and attendance. You will provide practical and emotional support to families, conduct home visits, and work with multi-agency partners to reduce barriers to engagement.
