Walsall Council is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Support Officer to join our Exploitation Team as the Exploitation Coordinator. The role requires you to work alongside the wider exploitation team, gather vital information, map risks for individuals and across Walsall, and communicate with a wide range of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Highly organised management of complex administration and business support activities.
- Financial transactions, formatting documents, scanning and uploading information to the client system.
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Organising meetings, taking minutes, analysing relevant information and mapping risks.
- Handling sensitive, highly confidential and at times distressing information.
- Collaboration with staff, partners and external professionals, ensuring accurate communication.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid model: 2-3 days office-based (or as required) with the ability to work from home.
