Walsall Council is offering a fixed term 18-month contract for a Customer Digital & Content Apprentice (Level 3). National Minimum Wage for Age: 21 and over: £12.84 per hour, 18 to 20: £10.96 per hour, Under 18: £8.08 per hour.

About the Role
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will support the creation of engaging, accessible, and user-focused digital content across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Support the creation and updating of web content using Drupal CMS
- Produce engaging social media content (text, images, video)
- Assist with digital campaigns and communications projects
- Create accessible content using multimedia
- Support video creation using digital and AI tools
- Monitor engagement and performance of content
Learning & Development
You will complete a nationally recognised Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship alongside on-the-job training.
