We are seeking an organised and proactive Asset Investment Coordinator to join our Asset Management team.

This exciting role will support the delivery of planned investment programmes across our housing portfolio by coordinating contract administration, maintaining and validating robust asset data, producing performance reports, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, communication, and IT skills, with experience in managing databases, coordinating schedules, and analysing performance information.

Knowledge of property services, construction, or social housing would be advantageous.

  • Job Purpose
  • Assisting the Asset Management team with all aspects of contract administration across planned investment workstreams.
  • Coordinating day to day activities for the wider Asset Management team including appointments, meetings, minutes, customer contact and complaints.
  • Contributing to robust data collection and validation to ensure Watmos maintains accurate records
  • Producing performance management reporting to enable the team to effectively manage investment delivery.
  • Demonstrating Watmos’ values and building close working relationships with all stakeholders, putting residents at the centre of all we do.
