Market Hall Café receive and check deliveries; keep records accurate and up to date. Occasionally cover the gift shop and welcome visitors on the shop floor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Confident working within a team and independently with a practical, flexible approach.
  • Enjoy speaking to customers and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role offered at 15.5 hours per week, working to a 4-week rolling pattern.

  • Week 1 – Tue 12-3, Wed 10:30-3, Thu 12-3, Fri 12-3, Sat 09:30-2
  • Week 2 – Tue 12-3, Wed 09:30-3, Thu 12-3, Fri 12-3, Sat Off
  • Week 3 – Tue 12-3, Wed 10:30-3, Thu 12-3, Fri 12-3, Sat 09:30-2
  • Week 4 – Tue 12-3, Wed 09:30-3, Thu 12-3, Fri 12-3, Sat Off

Benefits and Additional Information

Warwickshire County Council offers a generous pension scheme with an employer contribution typically around 19 percent per month. Benefits include agile working, generous annual leave entitlement, bank holidays, an additional day at Christmas, and access to Vivup benefits and discounts.

The Fluency Duty is required; you must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
