St Joseph’s Droitwich is a beautiful primary school situated off Ombersley Way that serves the surrounding area. The school is a popular, nurturing and outward‑looking environment with happy, motivated and well‑behaved children. Staff work alongside a supportive and knowledgeable Local Governing Body and have strong links with the local parish.

Candidates will support the newly appointed Principal in continuing to raise standards, further enhance the curriculum and enrich the lives of our children. The role focuses on leading Religious Education and, ideally, will involve whole‑school improvement and curriculum development to help every child reach their potential.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Ambitious, experienced and suitably qualified practising Catholic.
  • Demonstrated experience in whole‑school improvement, curriculum development and leading Religious Education.
  • A highly motivated practitioner capable of inspiring staff and ensuring high standards throughout the school.
