This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead two thriving Church of England first schools at the heart of their local communities. Both schools are proud members of The Innovate2Educate Partnership and share a strong commitment to nurturing children within caring, inclusive and aspirational Christian environments. Although each school has its own distinct identity and community, both are united by a shared belief in helping every child flourish academically, socially and spiritually. Together, the schools are embarking on an exciting new chapter of collaborative leadership and partnership working, supported by the Trust and wider family of schools across Innovate2Educate.

The Role- Provide visible, compassionate and inspirational leadership across both schools
- Build a strong shared ethos while celebrating the individuality and identity of each school community
- Lead high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development to ensure excellent outcomes for all pupils
- Develop a culture where children flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually
- Work collaboratively with staff, governors, families, churches and the wider Trust community
- Strengthen partnership working between the schools, identifying opportunities for collaboration, shared practice and innovation
- Champion inclusion, aspiration and opportunity so every child is supported to achieve their full potential
- Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing remain central to all aspects of school life
- Is an experienced and effective leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Has a strong understanding of primary education and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for children
