About Together4Children

4 Local Authorities – Staffordshire County Council, Stoke‑On‑Trent City Council, Shropshire Council and Telford & Wrekin Council have come together in an innovative and forward‑thinking partnership.

Role Overview

This role is a Business Support Administrator within the Together4Children Regional Permanency Partnership, working with a hybrid pattern of office and home based work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining accurate case records and databases.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and in line with legal requirements.
  • Coordinating/minuting meetings and documentation to a high standard.
  • Supporting the progression of adoption assessments and approvals.
  • Acting as a friendly, efficient point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development within the service.
