Oldfields Hall Middle School, part of Innovate2Educate, invites applications for an Administrative Officer. Grade 5, Points 6 to 9; 37 hrs per week; Term Time only based on 45.28 Pay Weeks (39.2 working weeks + holiday). Whole year equivalent salary of £25,989 - £27,254 for 37 hours. Pro-rata salary for Term Time - £22,568 - £23,666. Start date preferable of 23 March 2026. Permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of reception and administration duties as outlined in the job description.
- You will be working as part of a busy administration team.
- Have strong communication and IT skills.
- Preferably experience in attendance, organising of cover, familiar with statutory requirements such as undertaking a School Census.
- Have excellent administration skills.
- Be able to contribute to and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Be very organised, able to meet deadlines and show attention to detail.

Oldfields Hall Middle School is a popular school based in Uttoxeter with a current enrolment of 527 pupils from Years 5 to 8; striving to provide the best possible education for its pupils.
