- Hours: 27.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and service, ensuring correct temperature, garnishing, and appropriate serving methods
- Serve meals and assist customers with dish choices
- Order, prepare, and cook food following the centralised menu plan for various meal types, meeting government nutritional standards
- Compile and submit statistical documentation such as trading sheets, payroll adjustments, and stock control sheets
- Prepare dining areas for catering requirements, including functions
