We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team at SIPS Education. This role will provide a high-quality HR transactional advice and guidance to internal and external clients. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support schools and internal managers including recruitment, payroll, leavers and starters, contractual changes, DBS, Right to Work, sickness absence etc.

Working individually and as part of a team, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent HR support. Previous experience working with schools is a distinct advantage, but more importantly you will have a strong background in HR, outstanding customer service skills, be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to support the development of new service lines. You will have a desire to work as part of a vibrant, enthusiastic and busy department.

This is a 37 hour per week position and is based at our offices in West Bromwich, however there will also be the ability to work from home. Ability to travel around the Midlands area is essential.
