The postholder holds responsibility for ensuring consistently high standards of statutory safeguarding practice, robust threshold decision‑making, and cross‑system alignment with local and national safeguarding expectations. The Senior LCPP oversees, coordinates, and quality‑assures the work of all LCPPs, ensuring consistency, strong reflective practice, and a culture of high support and high challenge.
