Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide a friendly, professional reception.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain the visitor register and handle relevant documentation.
  • Assist with occasional administrative duties using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Provide general support to the reception team and school staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience desirable.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organised, methodical, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
