Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a friendly, professional reception.
- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain the visitor register and handle relevant documentation.
- Assist with occasional administrative duties using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Provide general support to the reception team and school staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience desirable.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Highly organised, methodical, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
