An exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy team working on a wide range of building projects in commercial, domestic, educational and leisure settings. The role is based in Telford, Shropshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional quantity surveying services within our commercial, domestic, educational and leisure projects, including feasibility studies for clients, contract administration (preparation of contracts – JCT/NEC4), monthly valuations, final account preparation and change control where required.
- There are opportunities to project manage schemes where appropriate.
Location: Telford offers good transport links to the West Midlands and easy access to the Shropshire hills, Shrewsbury and Wales.
