Job Role This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, hardworking, self-motivated and suitably experienced person to join our Print Services team.
Your main duties are the daily production of the council’s correspondence and documentation using high-performance print production machinery and finishing equipment.
Responsibilities also include appropriate administrative duties on a daily basis such as advising customers on their print requirements, producing accurate quotations/estimates and liaising with service areas.
On occasion you will be required to cover Postal Services duties, which includes processing incoming / outgoing mail.
Key Requirements
An advanced level of IT skills and have experience, or the desire to learn print management application systems.
Enhanced numeracy and organisational skills are also required along with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
