Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to deliver the Housing Allocations and Nominations role within the Housing Strategy & Commissioning Team. The role supports increasing the supply of, and access to, social, affordable, specialist and supported accommodation across a broad spectrum of client groups, delivering housing solutions that support independence, wellbeing and better outcomes for residents.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Salary range: £29,064 - £31,022 Pro‑rata (NJC – Scale 5)
- Qualifications required: 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, A levels/NVQ 3 or BTEC or equivalent in a relevant combination of qualifications and experience.
- Working location: Home based with a minimum of 1 day per week based in SW1 and other office days as required.
- Pattern of working, type of contract and hours: Part time 18.5 hours per week. Fixed term contract for 2 years. Secondments may be considered for internal applicants.
