Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) KS1-4
At The Linden Centre, we support pupils whose education has been significantly affected by social, emotional and mental health needs. We are looking for a dedicated HLTA ready to take on a key teaching role.
Responsibilities
- Plan for and deliver lessons across the school under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Adapt learning to meet a wide range of SEMH needs and individual education plans.
- Use behaviour management strategies that are consistent, fair, and focused on positive relationships.
- Provide high‑quality support both in class and in small‑group or one‑to‑one sessions.
- Work flexibly as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil.
