Apley Wood Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to work 3 days per week (21 hours). The role requires a commitment to support children’s learning and a flexible approach to teaching. Passionate about securing positive outcomes for children. Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet children’s needs. An effective communicator with strong relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals. Able to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class. Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning forward.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working effectively within a school setting.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths.
