Working hours: 22.2 hours per week – Secondment 12 months
Location: Telford & Wrekin Council, office based
Responsibilities:
- Supply all stakeholders with timely information, advice, guidance, and support to ensure the right service is accessed at the right time.
- Act as a single point of contact for services accessed by the public and professionals.
- Co‑ordinate child‑centred, multi‑agency collaborative activity within the Family Connect partnership.
- Operate from the office on Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:50 am – 5:00 pm.
