Learning Community Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Education Welfare Assistant to join the Central Team, supporting schools across the trust to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence.

You will visit families, identify barriers to education, and signpost to support services, working with the Head of Attendance & Welfare and the Attendance & Welfare Team to ensure every child’s entitlement.
