Key Responsibilities
- Conduct viability assessments jointly with Social Workers for children and young people.
- Carry out fostering assessments and present findings to Fostering Panel.
- Prepare special guardianship assessments for court in collaboration with Social Workers.
- Support and supervise connected person Foster Carers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified social worker with experience in fostering, kinship care or related practice.
- Experience in conducting assessments and supporting families is desirable.
