Telford & Wrekin Council offers an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy team working on a wide range of building projects in commercial, domestic and educational settings. The post holder will provide a property inspection and maintenance service for housing properties and corporate buildings, giving wide-ranging advice on property condition and planned/response maintenance needed.
