Herefordshire Council are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join its friendly Waste Management Team. We are about to introduce new waste services across the county so this is an exciting time to join Herefordshire Council and its Waste Management team.
Your role will be to provide the technical support needed in our busy team to continue delivery of high quality waste management services and advice to residents and businesses across the county. You will need to have a high level of written and oral communication skills and be competent in the use of Information Technology systems with excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who has exceptional organisational skills, is dependable and able to work with confidential and sensitive information.
The post is based at Plough Lane in Hereford and it is anticipated that the post will need to work from here as necessary to support the team but working from home is also current practice.
