This is a hands-on role where you will have direct impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing every day, offering a meaningful chance to directly impact children’s lives and be part of a caring, forward-thinking school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journeys.

  • Holds high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.

If you share our commitment to inclusion, respect, and nurturing every child’s potential, you will thrive at Christ Church.

  • A supportive, caring team of colleagues and governors.
  • A school culture that values professional development and offers opportunities to develop leadership skills.
  • Strong links with the local community and families.
