Beresford Memorial CE First School (part of The Talentum Learning Trust) is looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of our strong and committed team. - Position: Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: November 2025 – ASAP
- Contract Type: Term Time
- Hours: 27.5 hours per week
- Pay: Grade 3 Pay SCP 4 (£25,185 FTE, £13.05 per hour)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured 1:1 pupil support and small group interventions focusing on communication and interaction skills.
- Assist class teachers with planning and delivering learning activities and targeted interventions.
- Support the development and implementation of Assess, Plan, Do, Reviews (APDR).
- Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to ensure all pupils receive the tailored support they need.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that prioritises pupil wellbeing and engagement.
