Overview
Needwood CofE VA Primary School (part of John Taylor Multi Academy Trust) is seeking a Teaching Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor to join as a permanent part-time role. This position may suit a combined role for one person. Start date: Monday 5th January 2026.
The post is a joint appointment to support a pupil in our school. If you are only interested in one aspect of the role, please indicate which position on your application form.

Role Details
- TA Role: 19 hours per week, term time only, plus 6 INSET days. Mon 10:00–12:00; Tue–Fri 10:00–12:00 and 13:15–15:30.
- TA Salary: Grade 4 (SCP5-6): £25,583-£25,989 per annum pro rata. Actual TA salary: £11,408.11-£11,589.16 per annum.
- LTS Role: 6.25 hours per week, term time only. Mon–Fri 12:00–13:15.
- LTS Salary: Grade 2 (SCP3): £24,795 per annum pro rata. Actual LTS Salary: £3,618.61 per annum.
