Join our team at Whitehall Junior Community School as a full-time Key Stage 2 Teacher from 1st September 2025. This position will be full time, 32.5 hours per week over 5 days.
We are an Ofsted rated βGoodβ junior school with three-form entry year groups. We are a large and friendly school, with a strong community-based ethos. At the heart of Whitehall Junior are the values of Determination, Honesty, Respect, Passion, Teamwork, and Self-Belief. Our pupils demonstrate these through their learning and play. We are also part of the Cadmus Family of schools.
We are looking to appoint a teacher who will share our ethos of inclusive learning, strive for the best for each child, and has the ability to enthuse and motivate our children. In return, we can offer a richly diverse community, polite, courteous, and well-mannered children, and a supportive and dedicated staff, who are striving to provide the best possible opportunities for our children and the community we serve.
This position is open to ECTs or experienced staff, who are seeking career development and a range of experience, which will be supported through our staff development programme.
If the successful candidate is an ECT, they will be:
- Registered with an appropriate body as an ECT and eligible for courses and training over the 2-year period.
- Mentored by a qualified mentor, offered ECT release time in line with current guidelines.
