Coundon Primary School is a dynamic, forward-thinking, and inclusive school where SEND is a significant strength of our provision. We are proud of the nurturing, ambitious and innovative support we provide for our pupils and are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher to join our highly regarded Inclusion Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach within our KS2 Adaptive Provision working closely with approximately 10 pupils accessing a bespoke curriculum tailored to their individual needs. The successful candidate will be supported by our experienced Inclusion Team and will play a key role in continuing to develop and strengthen our SEND provision across the school.
We are looking for a passionate and creative practitioner who:
