Amethyst Academies Trust invites applications for the role of Teacher of Science at Moreton School, Wolverhampton. Moreton School is a large secondary school with a Sixth Form and a Football Academy with links to Paris St. Germain. The trust supports staff development and a talent-first approach.


The Role


We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Science to join our dedicated team. In this role you will drive standards and attainment, develop cross-curricular links, and deliver engaging learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. A curriculum or whole-school TLR may be available for the right candidate, to be discussed at interview.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver high-quality, engaging science lessons that inspire and challenge students

Qualifications and Experience



  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Commitment to continuous professional development
