Q3 Academy Great Barr is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. This is a mixed comprehensive Academy with a dynamic Sixth Form serving a diverse community of nearly 1,200 students. The Mercian Trust supports professional development, collaboration, and innovative teaching methods, including digital transformation.

Role and responsibilities
Teacher of Psychology & Sociology (GCSE and at least one subject at A Level). The appointment is part of The Mercian Trust network and supports teaching and learning improvements across our campus.
Qualifications and requirements
- PGCE in Psychology or Sociology (or equivalent) and eligibility to teach
- Ability to teach both Psychology and Sociology at GCSE level and at least one subject at A Level
- Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people
