We are looking to recruit highly motivated, suitably qualified, innovative, inspiring and engaging teachers who will work closely with the team to shape and create a vibrant curriculum offer that meets local needs, while ensuring the experience of every learner is the best that it can be.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and develop curriculum for Health and Social Care, Education and Early Years programmes.
- Deliver Counselling at Levels L2 & L3.
- Mentor staff at Levels L1 & L2.
- Support Teaching and Learning at Levels L2 & L3.
- Deliver Early Years Education at Levels L2 & L3.
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality, learner‑centred teaching, learning and assessment.
- Collaborate with Programme Managers and the Head of Faculty to develop and refine a dynamic curriculum aligned with local requirements.
- Support internal quality assurance work for the specified qualifications.
Qualifications
- Health Care qualifications: Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care and Working in the Health Care Sector from Entry level up to Level 3.
- Relevant teaching experience and commitment to maintaining professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
