This position would suit a main scale teacher; applications from ECTs as well as experienced staff are welcome. Wilkinson is a large 2-form-entry primary school, situated in Bradley with over 500 pupils on roll aged 2–11 years. The school building is modern and spacious and was one of the first "Passive House" schools in the country, designed to save energy.
Role: Class Teacher (1 Year Fixed Term Maternity Cover) – Teachers Main Scale M1–M6. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a class teacher in Key Stage 1 or 2.
- Commit to building brighter futures and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Have recent experience in KS1/KS2 curriculum and work in partnership with parents and staff.
- Contribute to whole school improvement.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Qualified teacher or ECT candidate.
