Training Support Administrator
Part‑time 22.5 hours per week, permanent position at the Training & Development Centre, Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator with a keen eye for detail to support the smooth and efficient running of the department. The role involves all aspects of admin support, with a focus on managing course bookings using the management information system. Candidates should have good computer skills and experience of using database systems and Excel spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage course bookings and training schedules using the management information system.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in database systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate visitor and delegate interactions at the training centre, greeting and assisting as required.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
- Assist in resolving issues and follow up on outstanding tasks.

- Communicate, in person and/or in writing, a variety of information to a range of people.
- Work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
