Coton Green Primary School (ATLP) is pleased to advertise an exciting internal opportunity for a Chef Manager to lead the kitchen team at Coton Green Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced catering professional to take ownership of the school kitchen, delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that support the health and wellbeing of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen and catering service
  • Plan and prepare healthy, appealing menus that meet school food standards
  • Manage food ordering, stock control, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team
  • Promote a positive dining experience for students and staff
